Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns will be refunded in the form of store credit on a gift certificate. The return shipping cost will be covered by the customer making the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns may be declined at the discretion of the owner if they have any strong odors such as cigarette smoke, or have any type of pet hair on them. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shopsimplystatedboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that cannot be returned are:

  • items purchased on sale
  • items purchased with store credit
  • any bralettes, bathing suits, or bodysuits
  • items that are not in the condition in which they were received
  • anything that has been worn or washed
  • items that do not have tags


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
